Am I Responsible for..?

Am I responsible for fuel? Yes, The renter is responsible for fuel used during the rental period.  Am I responsible for physical damage?  The renter is responsible for any physical damage to the equipment while it is in their possession.  Am I responsible for flat tires?   Yes, The renter is responsible for flat tire repairs or replacement costs incurred during the rental period.  Am I responsible to reinstall track if it comes off?  Yes, The renter is responsible for reinstalling a track if it becomes detached during operation or for any related service expenses.
